I understand that UWA Nedlands FC may use photographs and images of the registered player for publicity and social media. I may revoke this authorisation at any time by notifying the Administration Manager by email to info@uwanfc.com.au


Joey Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

The UWANFC provides quality opportunities to all members. To achieve this objective, the Club must implement a fees and charges system in which to deliver its services.

Individuals who complete the registration process become financial members of UWANFC for the calendar year of registration. It is an assumption that with registration is the intent of the player to commit to the competition of the Joey season. Therefore, UWANFC memberships are non-refundable. However, at times extenuating circumstances provide merit for considerations of a refund. Refund applications must be made in writing and will be assessed by the Committee based on extenuating circumstances only. The following provides guidelines for any refund request.

MEMBERSHIP REFUND GUIDELINES

  • Full refunds will be given if players have been accepted into the Club but for whatever reason cannot be placed in a team, or for players allocated to teams which fold pre-season for insufficient numbers.

  • Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

  • If a financial member withdraws prior to season commencement, the Club may offer a full refund less a $30 administration fee, plus costs for any Club clothing or equipment already ordered on behalf of the participant.

In the event that the competition can not go ahead e.g. community sport shut down due to COVID restrictions, any refund due will be determined by the committee.
