Joey Soccer - TEAM REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
Joey Soccer is an initiative of UWA-Nedlands Football Club that started in 2009. The program now has over 1000 children playing from 25 different schools on Saturday afternoons, during the Winter and Spring terms. Joey Soccer will run from May 2026. New schools are always welcome. Sessions will be run at College Park Nedlands.
The game format for Joey Soccer is based on the Football Federation of Australia (FFA) small-sided games (SSG) model. The teams play 5-a-side football with simplified rules. This format provides maximum fun with simplified rules and minimal emphasis on winning and a full focus on enjoyment. It is the perfect way for your child to enjoy the benefits of being part of a team, make friends and stay active.
